Coherent Breathing Classes
Breathing sounds simple, but it can be a powerful tool for change in our bodies—especially our brains. Coherent Breathing is a specific type of breath work, which can help promote well-being, increase resilience, and create calm alertness. Jill is a Coherent Breathing instructor, certified through Breath-Body-Mind™ Foundation (BBM). Classes are composed of a mixture of breath and gentle movement practices. Classes are designed so you can participate at a level that is comfortable for you. All practices can be done sitting down.
Sign up for a small group 5-week class series! Classes are held via Zoom and are open to anyone.
