Allison and Jill met in 2016 when Allison was assigned to a graduate school internship at Frazier Rehabilitation Institute with Jill as her supervisor.

A mentorship blossomed into a friendship, with both Allison and Jill sharing a love of working with individuals living with neurologic diagnoses. After identifying a need for person-centered speech, language, and cognitive services in Louisville, they formed Blossom Neuro Speech & Wellness in 2022.

Blossom’s mission is to provide highly skilled, personally relevant, and holistic care for adults and adolescents, aiming to focus on the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
